Emerson Cargo Launches New Product at Annual Produce Marketing Association Convention

Unveiling ceremony on October 20th at 3:00 pm eastern

NEW ORLEANS—October 18, 2017 — Emerson (NYSE: EMR) announced today at the annual Produce Marketing Association convention the release of the Oversight Mobile App for GO Real-Time Trackers. Oversight Mobile enables users to manage shipments from start to finish and view data directly from their smartphone in real-time rather than logging into a computer. The app is Android™ and iOS compatible and available in several languages.

“Users of the GO Real-Time products are on the go as much as their cargo. Oversight Mobile gives our customers the freedom to be anywhere and still maintain complete control over their shipments,” said Frank Landwehr, vice president and general manager, Cargo Solutions for Emerson’s Commercial and Residential Solutions platform. “The app’s robust feature set coupled with an intuitive design makes this tool invaluable for real-time cargo visibility and offers convenience and peace of mind for our global user community.”

Live Oversight Mobile app demonstrations will take place at PMA Fresh Summit in New Orleans. To download the app or for more information on end-to-end cold chain monitoring solutions, visit
